LSTC (light steel thin-walled structures) technology, superior to all traditional building systems in its innovative approach. In general, LSTC is galvanized steel, which is not subject to rotting, has superiority in earthquakes, a lifetime guarantee of the structure and complete fire resistance. Factors such as safety, durability, energy efficiency, speed of implementation and predictability of the result are becoming increasingly important. \n1. LSTK vs. brick construction:<\/strong>
\nBrick construction is perceived as "classic", but in reality it has a number of limitations:
\nhigh dead weight;
\nlong implementation times;
\ncracks during subsidence and earthquakes.
\n2. LSTK outperforms brick in key indicators:<\/strong>

\nReinforced concrete is considered extremely strong, but this strength comes at a high price:

\ncomplex formwork;
\nlong terms;
\ndifficult to control quality of the object.
\nIn an earthquake, solid concrete is a risk, while the LSTC frame acts as a flexible protective skeleton.

\nWooden houses have their advantages, but also serious weaknesses such as:
\nSensitivity to moisture and risk of rot are just some of them.
\n5.LSTK eliminates all these problems:<\/strong>
\ngalvanized steel that does not rot or age, lifetime warranty on the structure, full fire resistance. The result is a stable building without vibrations, drafts and heat losses. One of the biggest competitive advantages of LSTK is its behavior under seismic loads, as it has resistance up to 8\u20139 on the Richter scale, this is due to low mass, respectively low inertia, high plasticity, uniform distribution of loads.
\n6. Superiority in winds and weather conditions<\/strong>
\nLSTK buildings withstand winds of over 200\u2013250 km\/h, which is unattainable for classic residential construction. They also have exceptional superiority in noise and heat insulation. LSTK uses multilayer wall systems that combine: mass, elasticity and sound-absorbing materials, as a result of which you get 45\u201360 dB of noise insulation, better acoustics than brick and concrete, lower heating and cooling costs.
