One-story house from LSTK – 185 sq m, modern home with a flat roof

We present you a functional and modern project of a one-story house with an area of 185 sq.m, designed and built using the LSTK technology (light steel thin-walled construction). This solution combines speed of construction, high energy efficiency and durability, making it an excellent choice for year-round living.

Construction and foundation

The house is built on a monolithic foundation, which ensures maximum stability and even distribution of loads. The supporting structure is made of galvanized steel profiles with high strength, which guarantees precise geometry, resistance to deformations and long service life. The LSTK system allows for factory accuracy of the elements and quick installation on the site.

Roof

The project has a flat roof, which gives a modern architectural vision and offers additional options - installation of solar panels, creation of a roof terrace or green area. The roofing system is designed with reliable waterproofing and proper water drainage.

Facade and exterior cladding

The exterior cladding is made of siding - a practical and aesthetic solution that provides protection from weather influences, UV rays and moisture. The siding is easy to maintain, durable and offers a variety of colors and textures that allow for individual facade design.

Heat and sound insulation

Stone wool was used for insulation, which provides excellent thermal insulation properties and maintains a comfortable temperature in winter and summer. In addition, the material has high noise insulation characteristics and is non-combustible, which significantly increases the safety of the building.
