The foundation of each of our LSTK house is a precisely designed supporting structure made of high-strength galvanized steel S350GD + Zn275For the main load-bearing elements we use profiles with a thickness of 1.5 mm, with the specific construction and arrangement of the elements being determined according to the structural design, dimensions and loads of the building.

The price of a house from LSTK depends on the area, architecture, number of floors, complexity of the project, selected materials and degree of completion. The approximate prices are: *LSTK construction with production, delivery and installation – from 200–220 €/m² *House in a closed stage – the price is calculated individually according to the materials and systems used. *Turnkey house – approximately 850–1200 €/m², depending on the roof, facade, insulation, joinery, installations and the level of interior finishing. For an exact price per square meter, we need to consider the architectural project, the location of the site and the desired degree of completion. Then we prepare an individual offer with specifically described materials and construction and installation works.
Design takes 2-4 weeks, and installation of the structure takes another 2-4 weeks. The total time depends on the area, complexity of the project and the selected stage of completion, but LSTK technology allows for significantly faster implementation compared to traditional construction.
Yes, we work throughout Bulgaria. We carry out projects in both large cities and smaller towns. For larger projects, we also offer implementation within the EU.
