🏗️ Project description

Roof built using technology light steel thin-walled structures (LSTK)The total built-up area is about 375 m²The project combines functional distribution, high energy efficiency and extremely fast installation with well-organized and clean construction logistics.

For this project, we provided a reliable roof structure made of LSTK, completely suitable for residential buildings with an area of 375 m²A profile with a thickness of 150 mm, as well as roof trusses with a maximum opening of up to 10 meters, which guarantee high structural stability and reliability.

Additionally, they were installed specialized roof panels, ensuring even load distribution and serving as a solid foundation for waterproof protectionThis technology allows the construction of long-lasting, cost-effective and environmentally friendly roofing solution, suitable for modern residential houses.

⭐ Main advantages

High speed of construction – the metal structure is built for 20–25 business days.
Precise geometry and flat surfaces thanks to LSTK technology.

Excellent energy efficiency with mineral wool 200–250 mm and minimized thermal bridges.

Flexible interior layout with the possibility of different finishing solutions.
Production certified according to EN 1090-1, EN 1090-4 and ISO 9001.

 

🧱 Construction and materials

The supporting structure is made of LSTK, made of galvanized steel. S350GD with coating Zn275.

⏱️ Terms and configurations

Designing takes between 2 and 4 weeks, construction production – around 1 week, and the assembly of the structural part starts from 3–4 weeks.

Three performance levels are available:

  • "Basic" configuration – metal structure

  • "Standard" configuration – metal structure, roof covering, breathable membrane, double grill.

  • Complete set "Turnkey" – full finishing (rock wool, eaves cladding, lightning protection)

🚚 Delivery and logistics

We provide deliveries in Bulgaria and EU countries, including a full package of technical and export documentation. On-site installation supervisors or installation teams are possible.

🔹 Basic equipment - metal construction (LSTK)

This option is suitable for investors and clients who wish to organize the finishing activities themselves.

Includes:

  • load-bearing metal LSTK structure (walls, columns, beams, roof system)

  • galvanized steel profiles with long service life

  • installation of the structure on the site

Does not include:

  • roof covering

  • retaining walls

  • installations and finishing works

The advantage of the basic configuration is maximum flexibility and budget optimization.

🔹 Standard equipment

The most preferred option for prefabricated metal structure houses, which provides an excellent balance between price and finish.

Includes:

  • metal LSTK construction

  • roofing system and roof covering

  • exterior windows and entrance doors

  • internal electrical and plumbing installations

  • plasterboard on walls and ceilings

Does not include:

  • screeds

  • finishing flooring

  • lighting fixtures

This package allows the customer to customize the interior according to their taste and budget.

🔹 Complete set "Turnkey"

Full completion of the building and readiness for immediate use.

Includes:

  • all standard activities

  • floor screeds and flooring

  • painting and decorative coatings

  • sanitary equipment

  • lighting and final electrical installation works

  • facade finishing
